Our History

RiceCream was founded in Feb of 1996 by James Rice. It started as a small operation in our founder's garage. The demand grew so quickly that the operation along with its 5 employees was moved to a small warehouse. By the end 2001, RiceCream had built a state of the art manufacturing facility on 30 acres in Lodi California. Currently RiceCream has 150 employees and has an annual revenue of over $43,000,000. Mr. Rice sold the company in 2002 for an undisclosed amount.
